Delivery Policy. Despatch of the first part of the course will be effected within three working days of receipt of cleared funds by Estimator Training. Notification of despatch will be by email. Customers are asked to acknowledge receipt of the course by email.
Refund and cancellation. The enrolment fee is for the registered customer only and transfer to another person is not permitted unless previously agreed. Estimator Training holds the intellectual rights for all the material supplied. Refunds of fees paid and cancellation of the course is not possible. To encourage progress and completion of the course, on-course support is limited to twelve months, after which contractual obligations cease. Although in exceptional circumstances this could be extended providing written application has been made and approved by Estimator Training.
Liability. Liability is restricted to the value of the course and no responsibility can be accepted for matters arising from the study material supplied.
Currency of transactions. All payments to be in pounds sterling only.
